Andrew Chen

👋 Hi! I’m Andrew Chen — an engineer and design technologist at Logitech Inc., where I contribute to conference room camera products and explore creativity support in collaboration with designers.

I recently completed my M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, advised by Dr. Sarah Sterman. My research interest sits at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and design engineering, focusing on making creative processes more accessible, communicative, and tool-supported.

Beyond research, I’ve collaborated on product design and immersive experiences (AR/VR/XR), and have been recognized with honors such as the Best Demo Award at ACM UbiComp/ISWC ’22, Mark Winner at the Golden Pin Design Awards, and finalist selections in the Red Dot Design Awards.
